About Our Cost:
In Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan things are changing rabidly. Our cost involve, domestic air fares, hotel/accommodation cost, meals, local transportation, sightseeing entry fees, conservation fee, visa fee etc. which does not stay constant. Therefore, it is hard to make the accurate cost in our website otherwise, we have to change all the time which is lot of time consuming.
Thus, kindly drop an e-mail with some details of tour you wish to do, no matter that is in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan or India, we'll come with details cost within next 24 hours.
Payments Details:
We always make payment procedures, as easy as we can do to our customers. You can make payments in USD cash, TC or by credit cards (we accept all major credit cards). For the reservation or advance book, you can wire deposit in our company bank account or you can send us fax with your credit card details.

Payments by Credit Card

The following provisions have been made for reservations.
1. 20% deposit required for booking
2. Final payment to be paid before departure from Kathmandu or Nature Trails' counter, nearest your travel destination.
3. Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to start date of trip.
4. 20% deposit is not refundable for cancellations.
5. Group leaders travel free for groups of 10 or more (Flights and Government fees not included).
6. Payment accepted by credit card, cash, bank draft, or wire transfer.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation made up to 10 days prior client's arrival in Kathmandu, 50% of total payment will be charged and if made less than 10 days before tour date, no refund will be made as per the policy of Tibet Tourism Bureau.
REFUNDS
No partial refunds will be given for unused rooms, meals, sightseeing trips or trekking arrangements for any reason whatsoever.▲Top
