| Day 01: fly kathmandu to lhasa . Upon arrival, you shall be met and transfer provided to your hotel.
Day 02 & 03: sightseeing tour of Potala and Norbulinka Palace , Drepung, Ganden and Sera Monastery, jokhang temple, Tibetan medical centre & barkhor bazaar. Overnight in lhasa .
Day 04: drive to tsedang. Enroute visit samye. Overnight at hotel tsedang.
Day 05: drive to gyantse. Visit to khumbum stupa and phalkor monastery. Overnight at hotel gyantse.
Day 06: drive to xigatse via shalu monastery. Visit to tashilhunpo monastery. Overnight at hotel gyantse.
Day 07 drive to old tingri.
Day 08: drive to rongbuk and overnight at lodge.
Day 09: excursion to everest base camp.
Day 10: drive rongbuk to xegar. Overnight at hotel Quomolangma (everest).
Day 11: drive to zhangmu. Overnight at hotel zhangmu.
Day 12: drive back to kathmandu.

It is possible to operate this tour with camping gear and all food included or staying overnight in guesthouse including food. In other hand, the cheaper option is – you can take care of your own food and accommodation. You can do this tour starting overland tour from kathmandu without taking a flight to lhasa or stating extremely different route form the other side of Nepal via simikot.
